What does financial well-being look like? At Wealth Teams Alliance, our affiliates know everyone’s view of financial well-being is truly unique, and that our aim is to develop strategies that meet our client’s set of specific needs, objectives, viewpoint, and long-term goals.

As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and a Wealth Teams Coach (WTA), Regina Faison uses her extensive personal experience and endeavors to establish deep and valued relationships to truly learn the needs and aspirations of her clients. She has been in the securities industry for 25 years, during which her main client focus has been wealth management, retirement, investments, and estate planning.

Regina assists individuals, business owners, and non-profit organizations to develop long-term financial solutions through customized investment strategies, using qualified and non-qualified plans such as 401(k)’s, 403(b)’s, and 457s. She specializes in creating long-term solutions to ensure financial well-being for pre-retirees based on the client’s unique goals and needs. Whether through annuities, special pension plans, or other personalized solutions, Regina has the expertise needed to help attain short and/or long-term financial and life goals.

Regina resides in Lake Forest, CA with her two sons, where she is involved in her community and maintains an active personal life. She is the long-standing president of the Derrick L. Faison Foundation, which she founded in July 2004 after losing her husband to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.  She also gives back to the community by teaching and sponsoring the lifesaving skills of CPR certification, and by educating underserved youth about career paths in business, the importance of education, and developing their overall growth potential.
